Challenge runs September 26 – October 24
Create an account and Register on ytraak.org/ccc – choose your goal 600 cardio/140 strength; 1200 cardio/400 strength; or 2400 cardio/600 strength minutes. Once you register, you will be sent a confirmation number and login instructions. Cardio goals are based on the American Heart Association’s recommendation of at least 150 minutes of cardio exercise per week. Strength goals are based on the American College of Sports Medicine’s recommendation of 20-60 minutes per day, 2-3 days per week.
Work out at the Y, at home or outside. Anywhere that you workout counts towards your goal.
