PLAY HEALTH AND WELLNESS BINGO

Pick up a new game sheet each week for four weeks. Complete 5 or a row (vertical, horizontal

or corner to corner) of health and wellness activities.  Member Services, Group X Instructors, Wellness Center staff and other Y staff members are available to initial your completed box/activity.  Play all four weeks, completing your health and wellness activities to win a 32 oz. Y logoed aluminum bottle.
