CHALLENGE YOURSELF WITH SPRING TRAINING

You’re invited to prepare for a healthy summer!

We start our season on March 26.

You’re encouraged to enjoy a physical activity 3 days a week for 30 minutes each day. So you  reach 150 minutes of weekly physical activities.

Push yourself! You can go an extra inning.

Track your progress and qualify for a Special Drawing after April 23.

Ask the Member Service or the Health & Wellness Team for your Game Piece.
